Why KCROC
Component-Level Repair
We diagnose the board itself using micro-soldering and trace repair โ not just replace it. This saves you from paying for an entirely new motherboard and keeps your original data intact.
Strict Data Privacy
We operate under strict hardware-only protocols. Our technicians use diagnostic tools โ not your files. For board-level repairs, you can remove your drive before handing over the device.
Free Pick & Drop โ All Kuwait
We cover Hawalli, Salmiya, Kuwait City, Farwaniya, Ahmadi, Jahra, and beyond. Our courier collects from your home or office and returns the repaired device directly to you.
30-Day Repair Warranty
All successful hardware repairs are covered, parts and labor.
No Fix, No Fee
Our diagnostics are precise and risk-free. If your device is catastrophically damaged or not economically repairable, you pay absolutely nothing โ not even for the diagnostic.
ESD-Safe Lab
All micro-soldering and board work happens on grounded, static-controlled workstations at our Hawalli workshop.
Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Free pickup and delivery is available from Fintas and nearby areas including Abu Halifa, Mangaf, Fahaheel, Abu Ftaira. Message us on WhatsApp with your area and device symptoms to arrange a collection time.
Diagnostics are free. Common laptop repairs start from 15 KWD, screen-replacement labor from 30 KWD plus the panel, and component-level motherboard repair from 25 KWD. The final price depends on the device, fault and parts. You receive the confirmed quote before paid work begins, and under our No Fix, No Fee policy you pay nothing if we cannot fix it.
Many repairs are completed within 24-48 hours of us receiving the device, same-day service is possible for some screen and battery jobs when the part is in stock, and component-level motherboard work typically takes 24-72 hours. We confirm a realistic estimate after diagnosis, because parts availability and the exact fault decide the timing.
Yes. We repair and service gaming PCs and gaming laptops, including machines with liquid coolers. Free pickup is available from Fintas, Abu Halifa, Mangaf and Fahaheel.
We check dust build-up, fan operation and heatsink or cooler contact, and replace the thermal paste where needed. Then we test under load to confirm the temperatures have come down.
Yes. Switch it off and unplug it, then message us. Quick cleaning of the board gives the best chance of saving it.
Often the machine is overheating and slowing itself down to protect the hardware. Dust and old paste are the usual causes, though the power supply or graphics card can also be a factor. We test under load to find the real cause.
