Problem: A laptop becomes unusually hot, fans run loudly, performance drops under load, or the system switches off during work or gaming.
Diagnostic expertise: We inspect the fan, intake and exhaust paths, heatsink contact, dust restriction and model-specific CPU/GPU thermal behaviour. Where appropriate, the thermal interface is renewed with a design-compatible material such as Honeywell PTM7950 or Arctic MX-6; thermal pads/putty are matched to the required thickness. Suitable detached metal heatsink parts can be deep-cleaned, including by ultrasonic method when appropriate.
What to expect: The cooling work is selected from the diagnosis, not applied as a universal paste swap. We test the laptop under a suitable sustained workload at the Hawalli lab and share the repair scope and quote before paid work.
